The aim of this paper is to help students develop knowledge and skills for doing research in science, technology or environmental education. The course sessions will give students a background in
ethics; major research paradigms, methodologies appropriate to collecting data in schools (including interviews, observations, surveys, case studies), action-research, literature reviews, critiquing research, and report writing.
