This paper aims to help develop students' critical understanding of issues and concepts relating to the promotion, management and provision of sport and leisure in Aotearoa/New Zealand, and satisfying customer needs through a quality experience. It requires a period of work experience in an appropriate and approved organisation which is part of the sport and leisure industry. It will be assessed by written and oral reports resulting from the learning experiences within the organisation.
