This paper is aimed at those who are or who are intending to be involved in governing corporate bodies, whether those corporate bodies are public or private, and is intended to also include those who are or will be involved in governing trusts, including land trusts. It is intended to enable students to learn in a contextual framework the legal and ethical duties of those in governance positions, as well as learning how those duties guide practical decisions and behaviour.
