Qualified and registered health professional in New Zealand
This paper introduces students to the roles of supervision, preceptorship and mentorship in professional practice. Students will be engaged in supervision, preceptorship and / or mentorship roles in their clinical practice and the course will support them in developing skills in guiding the development of health professional practice.
