This paper covers dynamics of rigid bodies and fundamentals of vibration. Topics in rigid body dynamics are planar kinematics, mass moment of inertia, and planar kinetics including force, acceleration, work, energy, impulse and momentum. Vibration topics include equation of motion for a single degree of freedom vibration systems, undamped, underdamped, critically damped and overdamped vibration, forced vibration, friction damping and system stability.
