MATH165 or MATHS165 (or equivalent) and (one of PHYS100, PHYS103, APHYS111, PHYSC100, or PHYSC101), and (ERTH103 or EARTH101).

This paper will provide the student with an introduction to geophysical exploration techniques, and their applications. Topics include gravitational, magnetic, electric and seismic remote sensing methods to infer underlying geological structures from such measurements.
