Waikato College offers English programmes to suit different needs. The Academic English programme enhances speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills, preparing you for university study. The General English programme, available for 3 weeks to 6 months, covers elementary to advanced levels with flexible scheduling.
Certificate of Attainment in Foundation Studies
The Foundation Studies programme at Waikato College offers entry at three points during the year with five or eight/nine-month options. Courses are taught on the Hamilton campus with full access to university services. Compulsory subjects include English and Academic Essentials, with a range of electives available.
