At Student Health we aim to ensure that everyone’s health concerns are dealt with appropriately and with respect.
If you do have a complaint about any aspect of the care you received, the appropriate procedure is as follows:

Your complaint will be handled with absolute confidence according to the Student Health Complaints Policy.
The Nationwide Health and Disability Advocacy Service (the Advocacy Service) offers free, independent and confidential advice and support to help you resolve issues with health and disability services.
