Guest registration and tickets for graduation

It is essential that you register the number of guests you are bringing so our teams can plan accordingly

To complete guest registrations, please select the appropriate link below and enter your Student ID as the ‘Promo Code’ to access the relevant ceremony and redeem the complimentary tickets required. (Please note, Graduands do not need a ticket).

• Tuesday 8 April – Division of Arts, Law, Psychology and Social Sciences & Te Pua Wānanga ki te Ao Faculty of Māori and Indigenous Studies.
• Wednesday 9 April – Division of Health & Division of STEM.
• Thursday 10 April – Division of Education 
• Friday 11 April – Division of Management

Due to the limited seating capacity of The Pā, each graduand is entitled to 5 complimentary tickets.

If the ticketing platform does not allow you to secure the full number of tickets you require, additional tickets may be requested. However, please note these additional tickets aren't guaranteed due to the limited seating capacity.

You are entitled to three to four complimentary tickets for guests to attend your graduation ceremony (depending on the ceremony). If you have additional guests who would like to celebrate with you, they are welcome to join us on campus. The ceremonies will be live-streamed to a large screen in Te Manawaroa, and food and drink will be served throughout the day.

Your tickets will be available from Eventbrite, please ensure you register the number of guests you are bringing.

1. Go to the Eventbrite page
   • Tickets for Hamilton Graduation
   • Tickets for Tauranga Graduation
   • Note: tickets available approximately three weeks before graduation
2. Click 'Get Tickets'
3. Enter your Student ID as the 'Promo Code'
4. Click 'Apply'
5. Select number of tickets for the relevant ceremony
6. Fill out the required information and click 'Register'

All ceremonies will be livestreamed to the University’s Facebook page, as well as big screens outside the venue. Note: Graduands themselves do not require a ticket.
