Guest registration and tickets for graduation
Register to secure your guest tickets for graduation at The Pā, Hamilton, or Tauranga Campus. Join us on campus for refreshments and to watch the live-stream.
The Pā – Hamilton
Graduation tickets are free; however, you must register the number of guests you are bringing so our teams can plan accordingly.
To manage seating capacity at the venue, each graduand is entitled to five complimentary tickets. If you have additional guests who would like to celebrate with you, they are welcome to join us on campus. The ceremonies will be livestreamed to a large screen outside the venue and the Village Green, and food and drink will be available throughout the day. You will then be able to join your guests immediately following your ceremony.

- Tuesday, 14 April - Division of Arts, Law, Psychology and Social Sciences & Te Pua Wānanga ki te Ao Faculty of Māori and Indigenous Studies.
- Wednesday, 15 April - Division of STEM (excluding School of Science) & Division of Health.
- Thursday, 16 April - Division of STEM - School of Science & Division of Education
- Friday, 17 April - Division of Management

Tauranga Campus – Tauranga
Graduation tickets are free; however, you must register the number of guests you are bringing so our teams can plan accordingly. We can guarantee a minimum of two complimentary tickets per graduate; additional tickets cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.

Instructions to secure tickets

- Note: tickets available approximately three weeks before graduation
- Click 'Get Tickets'
- Enter your Student ID as the 'Promo Code'
- Click 'Apply'
- Select number of tickets for the relevant ceremony
- Fill out the required information and click 'Register'
All ceremonies will be livestreamed to the University’s Facebook page, as well as big screens outside the venue. Note: Graduands themselves do not require a ticket.
