Life’s ups and downs are normal, and that’s perfectly okay. Mental Health Awareness Week gently reminds us to prioritize staying connected to our community and nurturing our wellbeing.

Participate in this week’s activities to explore new ideas and strategies for maintaining your mental health. Let’s unite, support one another, and discover fresh ways to care for ourselves and one another.
