Blues Awards nomination form
The University of Waikato Blues Awards celebrate excellence in sport, and the creative and performing arts.
Use this form to nominate yourself if you meet the criteria, to nominate a student, or to nominate a team for an award.
The applicable period for achievements is 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Nominations close on 2 August 2026.
If you are nominating a student for a Blue, you will need to know their student ID number, and know they have met the criteria of being a current student as outlined in the form below:
