Students will develop and undertake their own research project within the scope of Domestic and International law in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with a focus on Independence, Discovery Doctrine, Aboriginal Title, Treaties, Indigenous Jurisdiction, modern Treaty or Agreement Making and UNDRIP.
