This paper is moderated under accreditation requirements of the New Zealand Council of Legal Education and is required for admission to the Bar in New Zealand. Any LAWS coded papers in the Legal System, Public Law, Contracts, Torts, Criminal Law, Land Law, Equity and Succession, and Legal Ethics completed before 2019 will become stale in 2028 and students wishing to be admitted to the Bar should make a stale application to the New Zealand Council of Legal Education.
