This paper draws on insights from contemporary research and practice to support the continuing professional development of sports coaches and coach developers. This paper will build on and extend your existing knowledge and skills, enabling you to apply contemporary research-based principles to challenge and enhance your coaching practice, critically reflect on your existing skills and knowledge to support athlete learning and development, lead effective coach education and professional development, and shape coaching policy and practice.
