This paper is designed to address the increasingly important issues relating to ethics in finance, in particular, investment decisions, operations of financial institutions and the personal conduct of financial professionals. Students are exposed to ethical issues facing finance industry and will develop skills and knowledge that will help frame ethical conduct of financial professionals.
