Fran provides support and advice for externally funded research contracts, focusing on budgeting, monitoring and reporting.

After completing her Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) at the University of Waikato, Fran completed her CA qualification with Deloitte.  She has previously worked in the finance area at the University of Waikato and in a Secondary School environment before joining the Research & Enterprise Office in 2022.
